The Leadership Essentials Program is for leaders with leadership responsibilities in a school, equipping leaders with the insights, skills and tools needed to create the conditions that enables success for themselves, their teams, and students overall.
Designed to align with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and Middle Leaders, and to also support non-teacher leaders, our program fosters leadership that inspires positive change, elevates teaching quality, and supports school leaders to develop their leadership toolkit. Through practical experiences, mentorship, and a strong focus on local contexts, we enhance participants leadership capability while equipping them with the skills and knowledge to help them lead, develop, and support others in the education sector.

The retreat runs from 25 October – 28 October 2026 at a stunning private location on the Gold Coast. Places are strictly limited.

The Focus
Everything we cover in the Semester-long hybrid certification program (3 x days in person; 4 x webinars), will be covered at the Retreat in an accelerated, immersive manner. You will be supported pre and post the retreat to set you up for success, and guided, supported, and given access to all you need to support a transformative learning experience.

Costs include program certification, 3-nights accommodation, all meals, and beverages.
Each private, luxury Villa includes two large twin beds or one king bed (3 villas only), ensuite with separate toilet, lounge area, small fridge, and private balcony.
