I first met Gayle Pacchini from Thriving Minds Global in July 2024, as a participant in our organisation’s executive leadership development program. This two-day offsite shone a light on the power of purpose in leadership, asking us each to dig deep on what it was we wanted to be known for as leaders inside and outside of St Andrew’s.
For me, this offsite kicked off a sequence of events that I could not have predicted and the critical success factor was Gayle’s ability to intuit where and when to challenge my assumptions, thought defaults, and assertions – the result was a series of breakthroughs. By guiding me through a rigorous examination of the motivation behind statements I made, I discovered that mindfulness was essential to the success of intentional leadership.
Following this offsite, each ELT member began their six months executive coaching journey with Gayle in a private, safe, and supportive manner. After working with Gayle to identify, amplify, elevate and accelerate my leadership attributes, I cannot recommend highly enough the value of executive leadership coaching.
